  The main objectives of 3rd ICEKMT 2013 Conference was to Present recent scientific research in the field of e-Learning and its impact on performance, to Promote e-learning that inspires engagement and professional performance, to Explore pedagogical learning models to transfer e-learning to practical contexts, to Highlight the importance of cultural and ethical frameworks for e-learning applications and practices, to Shed light on the role of e-learning environments to stimulate participation and professional performance and Showcase successful e-learning experiences designed to improve learning and ensure quality.
